I started Motherboard Coffee Co. in the Fall of 2022
My roasting journey began about 10 years ago. Since then, I've been chasing that same "perfection" in a cup of coffee that I'd found years earlier in other successful local, coffee micro-roasters in the Nashville area. For so long, I was amazed at their ability to craft something so simple but with so much more flavor and smoothness than any other coffee that I had tried to that point...Every time I would buy their coffee beans and wonder how they do it at such a high level. 

After much practice, studying and gradual technique changes, I'm proud to offer you what we're currently offering at Motherboard Coffee in the form of a bag of some of the BEST coffee I've ever had.

Where are you located?

We roast and package everything in White House, TN

Are your coffee beans organic?

The vast majority of the beans we procure are organic. On rare occasion, we find an amazing coffee that was grown and harvested meeting all the requirements to be titled as "organic" but for whatever reason, the farm co-op was not registered as an organic grower. 

Why does your coffee taste so much better than other coffee I've tried?

There are a few reasons that come to mind..
Absolute freshness is one. I don't roast any of my beans until they're ordered. Light, oxygen and time are killers of coffee. 

Quality is another. I've been able to select some of the highest quality coffee beans throughout the world that come from growers who truly love and care about what they do. 

Flavor - Depending on where and how coffee beans are grown, high quality beans will develop very distinct flavor profiles. Some will have citrus and/or floral characteristics. Others will have chocolate and caramel like overtones. When you blend these coffees from very different places, you have the potential to develop amazing and unique creations...which I then pass off to you!

Do you accept other payment methods like Check, Cash or Venmo?

Yes, all payment methods are accepted. If you are meeting in person to pick up your order, payment can always be made at that time with whatever method you prefer.
